Andrea Avery B.A., B. Comm., MSHA Vice President Operations and Human Resources
Andrea Avery holds a Masters of Science Degree (Business / Health Administration) from the University of Colorado at Denver and is responsible for the day to day operations and Human resource component of Tiffany Village Retirement Residence.
Andrea has previously held senior management positions in health care and the private sector including Chief Operating Office with the Newfoundland Cancer Treatment & Research Foundation and Director, Human Resources for Newfoundland Power.
Andrea is very active in the business community and brings an impressive skillset to the operation Tiffany Village Retirement Residence.
Edwina Kirkland RN BVoc Ed, Vice President Marketing
Edwina Kirkland is a graduate of St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, Memorial University, Ryerson University and the Canadian Hospital Association. She is responsible for the daily operations of Tiffany Village retirement facility.
Mrs. Kirkland has held management positions within the nursing profession and is a former instructor with the Centre for Nursing Studies. She is the founder of Assisted Living in Newfoundland and Labrador having developed the successful retirement living program at Elizabeth Towers.
In April 2009, Mrs. Kirkland received the Visionary Award for Women Entrepreneurs in Newfoundland and Labrador, sponsored by NLOWE and RBC Canada. This award was in recognition of her business expertise and accomplishments. Recently, she has been nominated for the Service Excellence Award by the St. John’s Board of Trade.
Jyoti Sharma-Maher BN RN, Resident Care Manager
Jyoti is a graduate of Memorial University School of Nursing and is currently completing Masters in Nursing degree.
Jyoti has worked in cardiac/critical care/long term care for 8 years at Eastern Health, St John’s NL. She moved to the private sector working in long term care/assisted living facilities for the next 4 years.
Jyoti is responsible for the overall well being and care of residents and management of nursing staff.
